Just got the Makro offers through..Nichimea Twin tuner 160GB Freeview recorder PVR 1602...£99.99 + vat, and Sony Digital TV recorder SVR 500 £169.99 +vat. any good..would you buy one

Most of the cheaper twin tuner ones can't record two differnet channels, but are watch one and record one, not sure if thats the case with these units though but worth checking if you were really after a twin unit.
Not actually that spectacular price really, plenty of similar & cheaper options about

Having said that, I now see this recomended Matsui unit has same model number as makro one, so it could be the same unit ?
