    Afternoon all, thank gawd it's nearly half term, I need the rest. Have loads of things to do this afternoon plus an interview presentation to prepare for Thursday :eek:

    Is it weird that I like doing presentations?

    Done with tidying for today - starting to get sore and shivery so time to stop for the day I think. There really is a mountain of work to do to get the flat ready to go on the market so I ma going to list the tasks, break them down into half hour-ish chunks and tackle them one at a time until we are all ship shape. Hubbles has taken a couple days off this week to refresh all the paintwork too.

    And I've just realised I forgot to eat today, other than a slice of toast when I first got up... I must be ill cos I still don't feel remotely hungry...

    I don't think I've ever forgotton to eat...which explains alot :D

    Made the blind for the back door.....then faffed around making bunting instead of doing the cushion covers.....run out of creativity for now and in danger of sewing through my own hand so given that up for today.

    Luc - What colour car are you getting? (that's as technical as I get with cars)

    I did cross stitch! I'm getting another colour closer to finishing it. Might even get it done before the end of the month. Oh, and I also changed my book of the faces pic.

    Just popping by - that's all I do these days. Can't get connected at home if anyone else in the house is :mad: The landlord is going to boost the router so I can get a better signal. So at the mo, restricted to the library, and today not even the uni one so am time limited!!!

    Have potential tenant coming round tonight. House is already clean so just a bit of dusting to do. She has already tried to negotiate the rent down without even being in the house. Ho hum - we'll see how this one goes. Can reduce it a bit but I'm paying £300 for a room in Newcastle !!!!!!.

    Anyway better go and dust :D
