    i can see hmrc taxing my wife's widows pension to regain their taxes they think they have 'lost' through my wife's/my understanding of rule 17!-probably take her life time to pay back what they assess as the correct amount. -makes me glad i built a private pension!!--in my dying days i think i will go non dom and cut the cord!
