Mine came today- ordered a large 21st birthday card for my sons girlfriend, its very nice except that the idiot postman FOLDED it to get it throught the door- despite the fact that I was here! He didnt even knock the door!

Make a claim with Royal Mail. It clearly states on the packaging not to bend.


I must have done something wrong with mine because it came blank.
