Morning all,
Thanks for all of the well wishes - I've still got the pain (although it's not quite as bad as it was when I woke up yesterday morning - it was hard to walk then), but nothing else happening at the mo (sleeping has been tricky, as I only seem to be able to lie on my back as sleeping on either side seems to hurt) - have let work know and I'm crossed off the books for the next couple of days and will ring them if I get better. Still keeping fingers crossed. At least MIL seems to be in next door today if I need her (she was out all day yesterday, hence why I drove myself to the dr). Work asked me if I could send them an email for a possible 3 day a week job starting in January, so had to get up to do that, so thought I'd peruse on here as it's not too energetic.
Happy birthday to penpen and Willow - hope you enjoy your cakes (love the penguin one hex) and have a wonderful day!
Sticky egg vibes for serena's SIL - keeping fingers crossed for her.
Nice to see you posting LadyL, and glad to hear that apart from the bruises you are feeling a little bit better. Hope the cow problems have been sorted out too.
Froddy I hope that the rest of your week goes well - not long until half term now.
Well as I'm up, I'm going to go and get myself some fruit juice. I'm starving (which the dr told me was a good sign yesterday), but don't know whether to go ahead and eat or not? I don't feel sick at all either and as far as I know, I've not got a temperature.
Think I may have a shower and get dressed and then see how I feel - it would be nice to make the most of the sunshine and get a load in the wash.

Morning all
Woke up to no water  rang to find out what the heck to be met with a message saying 'we know about it and are working on it'. Had a text to say school was open and by the time I got back from the school run the water was back on, phew!
First frost on the car today as well although it is bright out there now.
Haircuts went well yesterday, W asked for a James Bond cut, a la trim :rotfl: Miss A had a trim and I had masses lopped off! Pleased with the result and think it will be easy to maintain.
Happy Birthday PenPen hope you have a lovely day :)Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0
