:hello:Hi to all my flylady friends!!
I have had no internet connection today :eek::eek:
...and have got a surprising amount done as a result:o some problem with o2, but now thankfully fixed.
I have also found time to do the bathroom, and everything else wll now be left - the house isn't too horrendous, and a quick run round with the vaccuum will finish it off.
I'll be back in at the end of the week - four days until halfterm - hurray!!
Love and hugs.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
I'll be in again. I don't think I've posted this weekend, didn't even put the computer on yesterday, but I've been generally keeping things tidy and I have got washing dry both days. That makes such a difference.
Hope you feel better soon Dusty. Hex I remember you hiding stuff0 -
i'm back again for week 3! I've all but given up trying to keep up with the posts - you all talk too much
I managed two and a half days worth of flying last week, so this week (hell week on the timetable again) I want to equal what I achieved last week.
Had a productive weekend - I'm most proud of the fact that we managed to fix our washing line. We have one of those old fashioned high lines and it's lovely to see washing flapping about in the breezeI've also cooked tomorrow night's tea in the slow cooker (yellow stickered pork in special offer cider with windfall apples) to give OH a night off from the cooking.
love, hugs, spoons and motivation to all who need them xxknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
Had a mad weekend.. kitchen looking fabulous apart from the one evil work surface which is possibly my second worst hotspot (my worst is the back room.. all of it!)
Worksurfaces all cleared apart from the evil one which is getting done this week! Units and appliances all scrubbed down, inc. kickboards. Table scrubbed. 5 loads of washing washed and dried and mostly folded. Floor swept, mopped and scrubbed. Cat dishes all cleaned, recycling out, composting out,
Back room kind of emptied and vacuumed.. children did it so it isn't wonderful.. bunnies cleaned out, bookcase straightened.. table needs sorting and all the animal stuff.. I think I might want a coffee table type thing to stand the rabbits on where I can store boxes underneath for their food, litter and hay.. *wonders if a kitchen unit would look out of place*
Front room vacuumed.. though it is in need of a wipe downand sofas need shifting and curtain track needs straightening.
Middle room decluttered but is in dire need of a good vacuum and the curtain pole needs putting back up and the curtains hemming and rehanging.. job for this week and SOL is coming to stay for halloween as the children want a party and her to come..
Stairs are nasty and on my list for tomorrow along with 4 binbags to charity shop!!!
I MUST list lots of shoes on ebay.. I have some brand new ladies boots to list for starters.. clarks ones I think.. I need funds for my new shoes.. I need to take Jacob for some winter shoes too.. he is still wearing doodles

I'm here!
Toots - I hope you aren't cycling every day!
MummyOfTwo welcome back - I am glad you have realised how helpful we can be:D:p:D:p:rotfl: the lists do help but the motivavtion and support are the key factors I think. I will add you to the list.
pavlovs_dog I have to chuckle at you thinking we talk a lot - actually the thread is quiet these days - earlier this year it was 1500-1800 posts!!!! :T:T:T well done for aiming to maintain last weeks amount of work - even if you can just increase it by 1 more item each week that would be good - but to always do what you did the previous week is brilliant -I hope you are seeing a difference already.
pigpen you had a very productive weekend - well done to you all:T are you aiming to get things under control by the end of the year??
aj good to hear that you have improved - but dont be tooo hasty going back to work
:xmastree:Dippypud welcome to the thread - i will send you a pm in a mo - dont worry we have all had houses like bombsites (well some of us had and some of still have:D) so you are in good company.
