Right, I'm not quite sure how to work this but I'll have a go...

Erm, I live with my mum and her partner from Sunday night to Wednesday night and my fiance's flat from Wednesday night to Sunday night so I'll have to determine which job is for where. I think I'll go with H for Home and F for Flat :)

H - Level 1: Sort through programmes I need to watch on Sky+.
    Dust living room windowsill.
Do the washing up every evening.

Level 2: Go through fridge and chuck out various smelly and furry things that shouldn't be there.
Wipe down kitchen surfaces properly i.e. behind the toaster where all the crumbs seem to breed.

Level 3: Have a good clearout in my bedroom including the wardrobe.

F - Level 1: Dust the floor behind the sink in the bathroom.
    Clean the bathroom sink.
Make sure all rubbish is in the bin.

Level 2: Clean the kitchen sink, behind the taps and draining board.
Put the living room lightshade back up.

Level 3: None for now :)
Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.

That's the beauty of 'flying'. After a couple of weeks you really begin to notice the difference in how little time it takes to do the lists. :j
    Right you ready then?

    11.00am HHC GO !!!
  • In the last hour I've managed to:

    * Set the wm on with a summer quilt inside
    * Unpack dw
    * Empty airing cupboard, fold and put clothes away
    * Put various cooking ingredients away from meal last night
    * Do the printing for DD's orchestra (advertising flyers)
    * Put loo cleaner down the loos
    * Put a rice pudding in the oven to use up the dodgy milk

Gosh - it doesn't amount to much, does it? :o

Cup of coffee now, and then off to tackle the kitchen...

    Morning all!

Quick post from work again. Will start flying when I get home later this afternoon.
He snored ALL NIGHT - and then got up and went without saying goodbye!:mad: He won't do anything about his snoring and I am at the end of my tether - all I want is 7 hours sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I share your pain - I also have been struggling with OH's snoring for over 3 years & he won't do anything about it either. It's our 25th next year & we were planning on going away somewhere nice, but I can't face two weeks with no sleep. At least at home I can get in one of the kid's beds if they are out overnight, or the sofa downstairs. Why are they so effin' stubborn??! :( Hope you manage some sleep soon - does anyone know a cure? (Other than a pillow over the face?!)

  • It must be! He's been doing it for years! He moans that he hasn't had a good nights sleep since we had the kids (1 was a really bad sleeper!) but he started sleeping on his back about 4 years ago! That was when it really started........

He's like his dad - maoning about sleep...but his dad's in his late 70's and OH is 46!

There are days when I could weep!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hi Cycling ... Have you tried putting a slim cushion or pillow underneath the mattress on his side at the pillow end? It just raises the whole level of the mattress very slightly - but it lifts the whole body from the shoulders, not just the head, and changes the angle of the windpipe fractionally. It worked a treat for us after years and years of problems. Worth a go?
