Help buying a new TV!!

First off this is my first post so hello to your all!
I'm looking to purchase a new TV (preferably a Samsung 32" Full HD LCD or something similar) and was hoping for a bit of advice on any discounts or cheap deals people might know of. I have already looked around your run-of-the-mill stores e.g.: Currys, Comet, PC World, Dixons etc and they all seem to be relatively the same price-wise.
Obviously I would like to try and get them a bit cheaper if possible before I go ahead and make a purchase.
If anyone has any links or knows of any discount codes etc for the major high street stores, I would be really grateful if you would share them.
Thanks
:D

What will it's primary use be?
SDTV/HDTV/Bluray/PC/360/PS3/Wii ?0 -
I've just bought this sony bravia with intergrated blu ray player from john lewis, they price matched it with a store in bolton called sound and vision for 499.00
The intergrated blu ray is brilliant, space saving no cables and i got a 5 year warranty
I had to collect from store for the price match, john lewis price was 599 with delivery, this link has it for 529 with free del and 5 year warrenty, JL will also price match this and deliver it or just buy it here.
amazon have it for 504 but out of stock at moment and no 5 year warranty.

Its a great TV with loads of features I've not used yet (you can buy a dongle for 70.00 to connect to your wireless for endless extra features, but I'm going to wait for a price drop on the dongle....0 -
Have a look at Richer Sounds also and their 5 year warranties are 10% of the purchase price.
I have just bought this from them it has freesat, freeview, internet connection which gives you access to BBC i-player.

Originally bought this from Amazon in May for £830+ and got a problem with the screen after only a few months. Amazon came and collected and gave a full refund with no hassle. :T However they do not do warranties and if this had happened at 13 months I could have lost an aweful lot of money.
So have now repurchased the same tv - it is awesome - from Richer Sounds (their price is about the same as Amazon) plus the 5 year warranty at 10% of the purchase price. After what happened the first time round I wouldn't be without it.
Hope you find what you are looking for.0 -

Have you tried moving your router and connecting it via ethernet cable. Might just save you £70.00.0 -

Primary uses will be xbox 4GB & Sky TV. I had a look at richer sounds actually and they seem very reasonable, but they currently don't have any Samsung 32" which would be my prefer choice. Think I might have to get it on finance too0 -
sony bravia thats the answer. nice and very good video quality. and moreover you want for xbox den bravia is the one for you.!!0

Sony Bravia, they never really popped into my head to be honest. I'll see what good deals I can try and get with that TV.
Thanks for all your help people, appreciate it!0 -
Currys, Comet, PC World, Dixons please dont go to any of these places to buy anything. They have underqualified staff that will just lie to get you to buy something more expensive and probably of a poorer quality. Your best bet is someone like amazon. Search for a tv that has the few basics that you want (HDMI input). I suggest using which.com find the tvs they recommend and from there start googling for the best price you can find. You should get free delivery this time of year.0

That's some really sound advice, thanks very much. I'll bear it all in mind when I make my purchase0 -
£305 including delivery from Amazon.
