Why don't you just ring the Clarion in Carrickfergus?
I would imagine a lot of hotels would do vouchers, eg Malmaison, Merchant, any Hastings Hotel (Europa, Culloden, Stormont), Holiday Inn, Hilton etc0 -
I imagine most hotels and restaurants do them. Just check on expiry dates. I have bought some meal vouchers as Christmas presents. I bought them in August to help spread the cost of Xmas. I was going to buy them from La Mon but they had a 3 month validity and they wouldnt budge on that. So I took my business to the Blue Chicago in Dundonald instead. They dont expire and can also be used in Wolfes.0
