Top soils, where to dispose of/sell?

soon, fingers crossed I will have huge amounts of top soil to get rid of.
Can you sell it? What kind of price is it? or how do you dispose of it?

Worse case - will have to pay for disposal!

OK, will have approx 40,000 cubic square feet.
Hope someone has a big lorry to collect!!

Lots of people buy topsoil for doing their lawn when they have built a new house, but companies who sell it screen it. If you just want rid of it you could advertise on Gumtree or Freecycle for someone to collect it. A few months ago we had to pay for some.

I would sell it, people are selling it for approx £5 per tonne for un screened top soil... put an ad in gumtree, but don't give it away unless you have too ? out of interested where abouts arer you located ?
