    It may well be that evening training sessions are few and far between, and they only occurr a few times a year. Or they may have to wait until they have enough candidates who need evening training before they arrange it. Have you asked if this is the case? If so, could you not arrange child minding during the day for the duration of training and try to get on a day training session that there may be more of and occurr more often and sooner?

    You've waited this long to do something about it, i would have got sorted at an earlier point and if need be started looking for another job as a backup

    if you can only do evenings and wk/ends try the supermarkets to see if they have any xmas jobs for evening staff

    i have phoned and e-mailed and looked elsewhere i haven't 'waited this long to do something about it'
