Oh gawd, I'm getting worse, I came here to ask a question!:o

When people have been to the free gigs and collected their tickets from the Box Office, what time have you been getting there for please? Also have you always been asked to provide ID?

I have to be somewhere in the afternoon and as such wouldn't make it to the MEN Box Office for 18:30. I'm not bothered about getting the best seats in the place, in fact I'm hoping I might get seats on the disabled platform. But I don't want to get there too late and find I've stopped my friends from getting tickets.

Any advice welcome, thanks.

Do we just go straight to the box officewith ID ?

When I went to see Rod Stewart earlier this year at the O2, I was asked for ID... MariaLonza had kindly given me her tickets and asked for a change of name email... Lucky really, cos I'm not MariaLonza!

For the O2 I have always got there about 6.30pm....I have OCD when it comes to being on time though!! I have only once been asked for ID and just showed a bank card. If tickets are not in your name email the change of name email it just sends an automatically generated email to print and take with you.

I have never heard of people getting turned away/tickets running out for the concerts but have heard that some people who arrived a bit later didn't get seats together (I think that was 4 friends with 2 lots of tickets not just 2 seated on their own).

Yes straight to the box office, there should be one with SeeFilmFirst or ShowFilmFirst on it, hand over your print out and ID if they ask and it will be exchanged for complimentary tickets!

Look at the FQA on the website. There will be an email address. Email them the new name, it usually comes back
automatically.
