Help! There's Too Much Salt In My Soup!!!

Hi All, I was hoping somebody could help me out please! I have just made vegetable soup using stock from gammon I cooked yesterday and I forgot and added salt and now it is too salty!!! :madDoes anybody know what I can add to the soup to take away the excess salt? I know there is something, but cannot for the life of me…
