Does anyone know anything about these scooters at all??
I was looking to buy one and found this on amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002LIUVYO/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=103612307&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B002DBOI0W&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=0T2B3K62ZZG5DJHAD5XQ
I read the reviews and realised it is not the 'real thing' and gets some quite poor reviews. I found the genuine one on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000ES31Y0/ref=s9_simh_gw_p21_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=1A93M2Z1H84WN8S45DZB&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467128533&pf_rd_i=468294
but then decided to see if I could find it any cheaper. I found this on John Lewis:
http://www.johnlewis.com/230407861/Product.aspx
But what is confusing me, is the description on the John Lewis site is the same product description as the cheaper 'iscoot' on Amazon...unless I am going mad?!? So is the JOhn Lewis one the iscoot or the 'real thing'?? Looks just like the image for the more expensive one on Amazon
Can anyone help??
Thanks:)

John Lewis rarely sell 'lower' standard stuff. I think their item is the 'genuine' micro scooter. They also stock all the colours available in the micro scooter range. DS has one and has become rather daring with it! I thought it was rather pricey for a scooter but when he got it as a gift from someone for his b'day I realised why it's expensive. It's lightweight, has a brake and also has a really good steering system.
Anyway, if you google mini micro, the first site (not sure if it belongs to the brand) has the whole range for prices similar to JL.0 -
Brill, thank you. I couldn't see JOhn Lewis selling the inferior quality one- it's just the text on the JL page for the scooter is IDENTICAL to the wording for the cheaper iscoot one on Amazon in the 'product description' section. Very strange. But am going to go for it with John Lewis- thanks for your help!
Sounds like it will liven up trips to preschool!
Thanks again
