Bobbi Brown make up

Does anyone know where you can purchase this cheaper than john lewis- I am trying to get some bits before my wedding as i will be doing my own makeup?:) Not really a money saver but it is my one true weakness;)
13.10.10 mortgage 1 = £52,713.39 = £9.90 a day interest .
Target to pay off as soon as possible
aim 1 reduce daily interest to £9.00
aim 2 reduce overall amount to under £50,000

OP OCT 10 (£20)

  • You can find little bits and pieces of Bobbi Brown often at Half Price Perfumes http://www.halfpriceperfumes.co.uk/search/results.html?keyword=bobbi+brown&go=GO&categories_id=&inc_subcat=1&manufacturers_id=&pfrom=600&pto=400

They only have a couple of things at the moment but it's always worth keeping an eye out and I think there are some codes over on the codes forum, too.

Aww thankyou! i live basically just to plan for it! :D

    And to you good luck!

Yea QVC are brill i use them for all the top end beauty brands they have great customer service and they do this thing called 'easy-pay' so with the gel eyeliner set, it was £30, i could pay £15 on the day to order, then i paid the other £15 30 days later. Just to spread the cost and its interest free they just charge your card.

    You can buy online aswel!

Their smashbox line is fantastic (personally I think better than BB).

Just a tip.... don't be trying loads of different make up styles and brands in the last couple of weeks before your big day. I did and ended up rubbing my eyes raw where they became chapped and bloated... luckily I managed to calm it down but it was a hassle I could have done without x
  • Don't know your location, but there's a place in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth, called 'The Cosmetics Company Store'. They sell Bobbi Brown makeup (amongst many other brands), at discounted prices. Unfortunately they don't sell the foundation I like in my colour. It's hit and miss if you want a specific shade and product, but worth a look if you're in the area.

Have you thought of booking in for a makeup lesson on the day of your wedding? they are free and I am sure if you said it was for your wedding they'd sort it all out for you. If you wanted to, you could buy anything you fell in love with easily and have them write a list of what you used on a face chart.

Only issue would be travelling back home to get prepared for the wedding... guess it depends on what time of day your wedding is.

The stuff at the CCO is so old though! I was there a few weeks ago and they were selling a palette I bought 5 years ago. Bobbi Brown is good for ages and I never chuck any out, but I'd still rather it was fresh when I bought it.

You can be lucky though. I stocked up up on the possibly discontinued Calyx perfume.
