pan sets

I would like an new set of pans as the ones i have been using are just awful and hard work to clean. Anyone know of any good ones out there that can go in a dishwasher and have a good deal with them:)

Saucepan sets start from less than a tenner but can cost many hundreds of pounds. What's your price range and do you want non-stick or stainless steel?

Amazon currently have a promotion on giving 20% off selected cookware. The offer expires next Wednesday (20th).

If you're near Ikea you can get some great pans from there and cheap too.

I bought the set of 3 saucepans for £5.99 and they're great, use them all the time, they're not non-stick but they clean up so easily with one of those sponge scourers.

They've also got a wok for £2.39 and a frying pan for 99p!

I just had to replace my non-stick pans and bought a set of 3 from tesco for £12. Not value ones. Really pleased with them. They are good quality, genuine teflon, quite heavy, see through lids with steam vents. I actually got the price checked before I bought 'em cos I thought they were so cheap it must be a mistake.

Surprisingly tho the same set with a frying pan that I didn't need - cost £25 - go figure.

Sainsburys had a good deal on recently, 20% off. Not sure if it is still valid but I got one there and am pleased with it.

  • Can't recommend Circulon enough (and already have done 3 times on here!). We got ours in the Debenhams sale last year for £80 instead of £200. They're used on Masterchef, so must be good! :j

Stellar stainless steel - reasonable prices as a set and you'll only ever have to buy one set in your lifetime.

We were given ours 15 years ago as a wedding present and they're still going strong!

    Hi

I have an Analon set which is similar to Circulon. I also got them at Debenhams in the sale years ago and they are really worth the money, as long as you don't scour them or put them in the dishwasher. The non stick is great!
