Co-op Basic Bank Account and Paypal

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, apologies if wrong and would a mod please move it to the appropriate place please.

Hi, we've just started a DMP and have changed over to a basic bank account with the co-op. I've tried to change my bank account details on my Paypal account (which I used for ebay) but have had an email saying that the co-op bank rejected it.

Just wondered if anyone with the basic co-op bank account has hand the same thing happen when trying to add this account to their paypal account?

Thanks

Thanks, that's good news, will try and find out what the problem is.
  • I also use paypal with my Co-op account. Even used it for something from the USA.

  • I started a DMP in 2005 and opened a Co-Op basic account at the same time, I started a Paypal account a few months later linked to the a/c with no problem. Maybe Co-Op want to see you manage the account for a while? Why not give Customer Services a ring and ask, I've always found them to be very friendly.
