I had a set of these about 3 years ago - to be honest, I wasn't that impressed until I bought an Anysharp knife sharpener (which is the best knife sharpener in the world for someone as clumsy as me!) but now I use them all the time as they are so easy to keep a good edge on them.Don't judge people on they way they look, the way they speak or what they're called because they can't help that.
Only judge people on what they say and what they do.0 -
Its not a scam, i ordered from them years ago, they are ok quality. Wouldn't buy them again tho!0

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we, the customer are entitled to cancel an order for distance selling (e.g. placed by phone/online) EVEN BEFORE receiving it (in fact, if you have doubts, better that way as then you can get the full amount including p&p).I ordered these knives on September 7th - To date they have not been delivered. I have contacted Jean-Patrique customer support, and they tell me:-
"Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately due to a high demand for this product, we are awaiting further supplies.
At the moment we have no confirmed date as to when the product is due in, we will despatch the item as soon as stocks arrive.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Regards

Why would a Company keep running a promotion when they cannot fulfill existing orders?

To cancel your order and claim your full amount back, change your details in the template below and either email it or post it (get proof of postage if the latter).
In this circumstance (e.g. before you received it) once you have cancelled it they are legally required to refund you the full amount within 30 days of you sending the cancellation, and if it arrives after you have cancelled you are legally entitled to refuse delivery.
Hope this helps!
