New ING Direct mortgages

Just got a letter through from ING.
They have just launched 2 mortgages.
One flexible/variable rate at 5.14%
One 2 year fixed at 4.95% with free/refunded val and legal fees reverts to their variable 5.14% at end of period. ERC is 1%. Application fee is £495.

One thing I noticed which may not be suitable for some is that they only offer 90% LTV or lower. I'm looking at 93% LTV so am not eligible in this case

There are plenty of 95% remortgage deals - you need to find one that you will be eligible for.
