I Need a Small loan

I need a small loan but I've not got a sparkling credit rating due to past commitments, Just wondering if anyone could recommend a company that doesn't charge an Admin Fee. I working full time but I'm a council tennant. Thanks in advance

I want to know what a"Tax Free Muts" are last time i checked we didnt need dog licences to get a loan

If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
