                    Hi All
I have had a quick search but cant find the answer. I am currently in the middle of completing the forms with my partner to petition for bankruptcy. I have completed both of the petitions and made a start on the SOA. I have a couple of queries though:
1. I presume I put my debts on my SOA + joint debts and my partners debts on her SOA + Joint debts.
2. It asks for my income + any other income in my household and visa versa on my partners SOA, it then asks for outgoings. How does this work? should our Outgoings be identical? Our wages go together and we pay everything out of one account. or Should we be splitting the outgoings out between us?
Many Thanks
D

            1. Yep exactly correct
2. no dont split the outgoings. on each set of forms you should have the total of any joint outgoings, things like rent gas electricity food, council tax etc. On top of that you may have on an individual SOA some outgoings that are personal to just one of you, maybe something like union fees, maybe one of you drives and the other does not etc
hope that helpsHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
