very strange Reverbe. It doesn't sound like it's the heyuguys comp you 'won' from since you received a different email and after everyone else got theirs. Heyuguys is a genuine site, I've won from them and so have many others on mse. My comp wasn't the only one on here for tickets, there were comps from The Metro, Lovefilm and Forbidden Planet too, that I can find. Maybe you recognise one of those?

What a shame, if they were genuine, that they gave you such short notice. I hope you get another win soon to make up for it :)

Perhaps it was won through Lovefilm but they didnt say where or use my name which made me think it a tad dubious. As I only got it this lunchtime with not enough time to make arrangements, prepare etc its sad that I missed a genuine offer as a lifelong film fanatic. I am surprised that such short notice was given esp for a star premiere as ppl will have to buy clothes, arrange childcare/time off work etc etc..

I just thought I'd update and say the film was great! There were many seats around us that weren't filled (including a whole row!)

We saw Bruce Willis, Dame Helen Mirren, Mary-Louise Parker, Warren Ellis (who created the comic), Jermaine Jackson and Deborah Meaden. There were also some young, scantily girls (probably from one of the soaps I don't watch them!) that I didn't recognise but that were getting a lot of Pap attention!

We got bottles of Vitamin water and bags of sweet popcorn that I'd munched before the film even started!

Apparently, this premiere was put together in 3 weeks which would explain a lot for the lack of notice of things.

Thanks for the update, sounds brilliant, glad there weren't any problems with the tickets :) I wonder why it was so rushed, surely empty seats doesn't good at a premier! Hope you got lots of photos of everyone.
