any qvc shoppers who can help

hi, i have 3 items to send back to qvc and woundered if i can send them all back in the same parcel or do i need to send seperatly..
if i sent in same parcel then i would only have proof of postage for 1 item,what would happen if a parcel goes missing on the way back to qvc,i take it i obviously lose out which is fair..
itsjust that it will be a lot cheaper to send 1 big parcel.

If I was you I would give them a ring and see what they say as they are very helpful, they may give you a returns label or similar.

I had 2 parcels to send back to qvc, they were boxed separately but the girl in the post office taped them together to save me money on the postage. QVC received both with no problem

I had a huge problem when i returned 2 rings in the same packet because when they recieve it they just scan the label on the front of the packet which was for one ring & dont actually open & process the packets until later.
I just got one refund for the ring which had come in the packet that I returned both in & had nothing to prove that there were 2 rings in it, eventually as a gesture of goodwill they did refund me but said in future each item needs to be returned in the packet that it was recieved in.

Ring them, I had to return an item as it was damaged on arrival (left in rain by courier). They sent me a returns label in the post, cost me nothing to send it back. I would send them seperately tho..
