You can only have 1 default per debt.0 -
you are also incorrect in that there is no law stating this, it was decided by ICO and is so-called "industry standard" but not a lawThis is totally inacurate. Defaults are only allowed by law to be heald for 6 years from the date of default by the credeit reference agency.
also defaults remain on your file forever - it is the last 6 years window which is "shown to the public" but technically defaults are not removed from your file0
