Thanks for that, but when i filled in the form it just said thank you for requesting blah blah blah and said i'll receive my free sample of comfort shortly - nothing about the pashmina.

If you click on the pashmina option you get 'Sorry we've run out'. Ah well!

I got a free sample and a scarf on Saturday from them. The conditioner smells very strong of perfume and scarf is nice and handy. MIN got hers too same day

Sorry about that,I got one this morning ,but now its just a free comfort sample ,usually has a coupon with it ,so its worth having anyway.

Oooo that makes me SO mad. I never got one the FIRST time around, I ordered it, validated my email, blah blah blah and never received it.

So I've sent a formal complaint:

I would like to make a formal complaint,

I successfully verified this email address when the last pashmina promotion ran, and I never ever received my pashmina, even though I submitted my request in good time, well well WELL before Comfort ran out.

However, I see now that the promotion is running again, and I was not allowed to request a sample as my email address has been used before, and it stated I couldn't use it again - 1 per household only!

How unfair, considering I never received the first one!

I would appreciate a pashmina being sent to me this time please, considering the trouble I have now had with comfort.

I hope you are aware that I have deliberately chosen not to buy comfort products in store seeing as I never received this pashmina or free sample.

I'd like my pashmina sent there, thankyou. And also an apology.

Just try a different email address like hotmail or gmail. If you pm your addy I send you a gmail invite if that helps

Failing that change you address slight say 5 high street to 05 high street etc

The only thing it said for me when i clicked on the pashmina was 'please see free sample'...
