Unfair feedback, user won't revise

I sold an item of clothing on ebay. When the buyer received it, they emailed me stating it was not as described. They said that the skirt was green not grey. The skirt was definitely grey I had even added a few photo's to the auction so any potential bidders could see what it looked like. It seemed they just changed their minds, so I offered a full refund plus their return postage. They dragged their heels returning it and wanted the full refund upfront (which I refused). Today I received the item and also an email from ebay saying the bidder had opened a resolution centre for item not described. This closed when I refunded them as promised as I now had the item. I then saw my 100% feedback score is no more because they had left a neg feedback stating I had not refunded them . This had been left after I had refunded all money + return postage. I submitted a revise feedback form but surprise surprise the bidder declined. I left a response to the feedback stating that I had refunded them in full. Should I email ebay, will they do anything about this or am I stuck with this false feedback comment?

I think it would be worth contacting ebay to appeal as the feedback is not factually true and ebay can check the payment record and see this. Good luck!

Thank you I have emailed them explaining the situation. This was my last ebay sale because I am so sick of buyers taking the mick . Clothes I dont want will be off to the charity, home made stuff is going on etsy. If ebay won't sort my feedback out I have half a mind to delete my account completely, as they are always on the side of the buyer.

Don't let one bad buyer put you off. I also had my 100% wrecked by a complete idiot who was happy with the item but was questioning my reasons for selling?!? It is initially very annoying but leave a factual response ('pinkshoes' on here always comes up with some good ones). I found that it had absolutely no bearing on any items I listed after this - was still getting loads of bidders and good prices. Don't let them win! :)

If your score was 100% before then maybe give it a chance. I have had a few negs that I didn't think were fair, but as a buyer and seller I think on the whole that it is good that ebay offers a way for buyers to be treated ina similar way to the high street.

My odd negs don't seem to have affected my sales. I replied calmly and positively to them and I continue to draw in lots of positives that far outweigh the negs. Ebay still gets me more money than boot sales and the bottom line for me is money on ebay.

I'd be more worried about your DSRs than one neg they can do far more damage. Have a look at your expanded seller dashboard to see if you have been left any 1s or 2s.

Also you only have a limited number of revision requests a year so it's better to be sure that someone will agree before you randomly send them.

Other sites are just as strict, if you have issues with eBay and/or Paypal siding with buyers this won't go away simply by using other sites.

Also if you are making stuff to sell on, make sure you are aware of business trading laws, as they are also quite strict.

Where did she say she was making stuff to sell on?
Feedback containing defamatory info, which this is as the buyer is accusing you of keeping their money, will be removed if you dig ebay up about it. Persist, ring them if you get no joy by email. Then block the buyer.

And where does it say they are made specifically to sell on?
