Early Discharge! NOW WHAT?

  • I also received early discharge last week. I'm itching to have a peek at my credit reference files (for shock value, if nothing else - but perhaps I'll get a pleasant surprise!) and start cleaning 'em up - but I spose it makes sense to wait for a few months. I'll just have to sit tight!

    On a related note I've heard that sometimes debts are sold on once you've been discharged. Am I likely to start being hassled again? Hated going through all that pre-bankruptcy and I've just about got used to answering the phone and door without feeling nervous - I'd rather be prepared if that's likely to start up again.

    debts can be sold on at anytime discharged or not....you "could" be hassled further down the line thats one of the largest reasons why you need to sort the creedit file cleanup in a month or two
