Has anyone else had trouble with their card? Mine wouldn't work, the girl on the till thought it probably hadn't been activated before it was sent out. There was nothing they could do instore as it wouldn't read at all :( so she gave me the phone number of their head office to try and query it. Wondered if anybody else has had the issue in case there is an easy solution -w ell I can hope! Will try to phone them tomorrow but can't really call from work so don't know when I'll manage it.

I've had the same issue - inactive card. Words fail me when it comes to their USELESS customer service dept. What a complete shambles they are. Unhelpful like you cannot imagine. I've binned the card and Habitat is off my list forever. I'd frankly rather go to Ikea if I had to. I urge everyone not to make a special trip to Habitat with your ''gift'' (LOL) card as you could be wasting your time. Try and combine other things just in case you end being treated like I was.
  • My card worked fine. Came away with two nice notebooks but nearly had a hot water bottle instead!

Thank you so much for this, OP! I just bought an owl shaped toast rack - was £15, half price, used the card so cost me £2.50. And I love it. Thanks again!
