I'd urge anybody who has been mis-sold a RentSmart agreement to contact Hertfordshire Trading Standards (google them for contact details). They are looking into it as PC World's head office is in Hertfordshire.
Please do this even if it happened to you some time ago. If Trading Standards get several reports of this mis-selling they will have a strong case against PC World.0
