my dh wants to go bankrupt and has already opened his co-op account but this month his wages was paid into lloyds which he has a loan with, what i want to know is if he transfers his wages over today into the co-op account online can lloyds take it bk somehow? He is worroed about doing it.
I will lose 2 stone by this summer!!!!!!

No. They can't take it back.
I suppose It's possible that Lloyds may question the transfer with the OR once he goes BR. Unlikely, but possible. But as long as it is wages required for living costs etc, then it's not a problem.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Presumable he needs that money to pay essential bills with? I would take it out straight away so it is not used to make a payment towards the loan. If he has anything spare he can send a payment towards the loan if he so wishes as a goodwill gesture although if he is going bankrupt soon then it may not be necessary.
