    My Fav is roast lamb glazed with plenty of sweet mint jelly and cranberry jelly as it cooks. Served with roast potatoes and honey roasted parsnips, carrots, brocolli, cabbage, HM gravy using the meat juices and yorkies (it isn't a roast dinner without them) LOL
    Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.
