I'm assuming those who got the canceled email had never gotten a dispatched email? I think once they say it's dispatched, that's that, you're getting it? We'll see, not the end of the world if it doesn't come, lol.

i think once the dispatch email comes then they mean the item has been dispatched as usuall an item hasnt gone till its gone would u really tell a customer that their item has been sent if it really hasnt

My order was cancelled, although on the My Orders section the status says awaitng stock. So probably because of that
