Buying back BI in house

Morning,
Probably a daft question but.....both me and DH went bankrupt and are now hoping to buy back the BI in our house. Do we both have to pay £211 or is it just one payment of £211 to the OR?

Its one payment of £211.
We bought the BI in our Neg Eq house last year for £1 each plus £211 legal fees, total £213.
