You had a row with your OR, wow lol. Anyway, glad that you're ok and life is good for you too.

:o:o:oI did apologise afterwards....even though it was their incompetance I was challenging....oh well I was just sticking up for myself....I might be BR but I`m no doormat;);)

Hmmmm good tip about DDrs coming out of account straight after payday.....no surprise bank charges then.

Btw AB....how do you actually have money left? ....much as I try I always end up on the rice & beans for a week before payday:eek::eek:

  • Hi - just wanted to say 'don't give up hope on an early discharge'.

I went bankrupt towards the end of March, and have just received a letter in the post today telling me that as of 11th Oct I've been granted early discharge. Feel a bit stunned to be honest and I'm not quite sure how to react. I've eaten some toblerone as a token celebratory gesture!!!

I received a letter about the possibility of early discharge at the end of July, duly returned the relevant paperwork and sat and waited... was just starting to resign myself to the likelihood that I'd hear no more until the year was up, and now this! Bit disappointed that the IR site is down - I'd quite like to see it changed on there too!

    :-)

Good luck to all those sitting and waiting patiently.

Congrats philnicandamy on your new addition :j
Angel .. tend to struggle a wee bit in the last week leading up to payday, lavish offerings of beans on toast lol

confuzzled7 .. thanks for the information and that you get a letter stating as such, didn't want to contact the OR might end up having a row :( (just jessin with you Angel lol)

Think I'll celebrate by splashing out on a box of chocolate fingers although once the box is opened .., can't eat just one, highly addictive
    :)
