I have an AIP for 250k, if i buy a property for 235k that needs work, is there anyway to add the cost of the work to the mortgage. (90%ltv)
I assume not, but worth asking, as i am interested in two houses, one needs work, but i will get it for less than the "perfect one"
Cheers

Nope. You will be loaned 90% of £235k. You fund the 10% deposit and whatever you want to do to the property.Act in haste, repent at leisure.
