I received my order this morning and noticed two short shelf lives which I wasn't advised about, not a problem as I could freeze one item and possibly use half of the other.
Then noticed on my receipt that I had been charged delivery eventhough my receipt was over £100.
Whilst looking through my receipt noticed I had been charged £1.99 twice for my leeks and these were bogof, checked at the bottom of my receipt and no further discount had been applied for the bogof.
Thought I had best check all my other multibuys and there were SEVEN multibuy discounts missing on my receipt which added upto £10.16:eek:
At this point rang customer helpline and after about 20minutes of going through it all I was given £10 e-voucher for delivery charges and 2 short shelf lives and also £15 refund to my card.
So it was all sorted in the end, as ever I had no problem getting my refund from the Sainsburys Helpline.:T
So I am not sure if this was just my Sainsburys (Worksop) or nationwide but some multibuy discounts didn't kick in.
