    I suppose depends how much of a money pit it's actually been of late and whether any of that can be offset.... capital vs income issues come in then tho and you'll be well outside my areas of expertise but better to have ideas and options to explore and consider than none at all.

    and yup once you get above a certain number of rooms the multi occupancy safety thing comes in, i think a site/forums called Landlordzone is supposed to be quite good in those areas tho.
