I would definitely use Twink's HobNobs recipe and modify it. I reckon it would be quite simple to substitute some of the oats for the apple and cranberries, perhaps a quarter of them. I've done the same using muesli/coconut/date and walnuts in the recipe and the bikkies turned out fab0

Now its funny I was thinking they were of similar consistancy to Twink's
Do you think dried apple and cranberries or fresh apple??
Like the idea of adding coconut to them all I have added in the past is peanut butter and/or choc chips. Must must must experiment more hahaEmma
