Does anyone else keep randomly getting this page? Seems to be when I am clicking 'enter'?

I keep getting that too...... not every time but probably 4-5 times per hour session or so.....
I thought it was just me as I cannot seem to enter any of the IPC media comps now either - they all seem to continually time out - I've tried clearing my cookies and various other things!

Are you referring to the IPC competitions? If so, I too am having the same problems and have not been able to enter any of their comps for over a week now The best things in life are free.....0
