closing down littlewoods accounts

Does anyone know if you have to phone/ write in to do this or is there a way of doing it online? I want to close my account without actually speaking to anyone as a result of a recent post

Hi you can unsubscribe online,just go into the privacy section and scroll down till you come to Unsubscribe Me.Hope this helps.

To close down lx direct acc,on the site click on Help top right corner then click on privacy policy and scroll down page to get to How to Unsubscribe.

I think this is just to unsubsribe from promtional mail/ emails etc, not a actually close the account. I am also wanting to close my account after reading about codes being revoked. Has anyone closed by letter successfully? and what did you write?

Best bet is to just ring them and ask them politely if they could close your account. They may ask why but just say that is my business and they will close it for you.

As long as you are paid up fully and have claimed your commision back I can't see a problem. Don't be scared of phoning them.

I emailed them to cancel and they emailed to confirm. No problem at all.
