Problem with very .co.uk discount vouchers.

Hi all,

This is my 1st post so here goes. My problem is this:

I purchased 3 discount codes for Very.co.uk. They were spend £40 or over and get £25 off. it was explained that they would take the whole amount and then refund the difference once the order(s) were dispatched. I had to set up a different account with different names and e-mail addresses each time i used these otherwise they would not of worked. Now each of the codes worked and I got my £25 off. I received my 1st order last Friday and am yet to be refunded the difference so now I'm panicing that the same will happen to my next 2 orders. I then received a statement for each of the accounts and each one said that i was £25 in credit. Is my money going to be refunded back to my card or have i been conned?

I have used one of these codes before a long, long time ago and it did exactly that, gave me my money off and put the rest back into my bank account.

has this happened to anyone else?

Why did you purchase discount codes !!!! All the current ones are listed on here.

just call them and ask for the £25 to be refunded? I would say that you are pushing it though by having 3 accounts in the same name and address, I am surprised they havent cottoned on and charged you the full amount.

Its normally £25 off when you open a credit account, so you shouldnt of paid them by card anyway?

and if you are not eligible to use the codes they WILL and CAN take the full amount from your account
