Heavy fringe with my baby face?

I've always had fringes, ever since I was a little one. Then I got a block fringe a few years ago and loved it. However, I was fed up of trips to the hairdressers so grew it out. Now my hair only looks good if I make a real effort :o (I sound like a lazy moo) but before I could look edgy with bed head hair. I was thinking of getting my fringe back but I took years persevering with growing it out. I'm at a loss as to what to do! Any views? My style would be like this:

It's currently like this when done:

My face is a bit of a baby face, I've been told I look like Katie Holmes from her Dawson's Creek days, so don't know if it will make me look younger. I'm 22.

Thanks :D

You could try a clip in fringe, lots to look at if you do a quick google, fringes especially the straight ones do make people look younger, thats why so many older women have them;)
