I ordered one for mine and one for my parents, we didn't qualify and ours turned up,but my dad who is over 70 and a british gas customer didn't get his :huh:0

I qualified as personally earn under threshhold and put in my tax credits number received mine. quite scary though put me off using my electric cooker. Didn't realise how much I spent using it all the time.:eek:0
