Hello Folks
This evening I was walking past a Sunbed salon and had a thought. With Winter fast approaching would it be a good or bad idea to use a sunbed to try and maintain my vitamin D intake ? Is is even possible? I should add that I don't want a tan and being of Celtic extraction I have blue skin!
looking forward to any feedback

I'm no expert but I'm sure there are better ways of getting vitamin D then sunbeds, maybe a supplement? Sure someone will be along soon with some expert advice
