Hi Chez,

I am quite surprised they put that in writing, usually they like to make their threats over the phone as to cover their behinds so to speak!

I am refusing to speak to anyone by phone, there is zero point in engaging in any conversations with them now your BR you can not make any payments by law anyway. All it will do is upset you and make the whole experience more stressful.

When I get a letter I send it back with a note attached saying I am bankrupt as of x date, this is my BR number. The court has instructed the OR to deal with all my financial affairs, all communication needs to be directed at the OR this is their address.

Hope everything gets better for you, remember they can not do anything you are BR ignore their calls.
