What about a Fajita Sizzler Amazon have a few Mexican cookbooks with good ratings.

Depending on how adventurous they are with cooking you could get them a Tortillero so they can make their own tortillas.

tortilla warming basket
griddle pan and stand
chilli oil
red chillis
jalepeno chillis
mini oven glove
mexican cookbook
refried beans
tortillas
