Soap & Glory vs. No7?

Has anyone tried S&G's Make Yourself Youthful serum and Boots No7 Protect and Perfect intense serum? I've tried P&P and quite like it, but I've heard good things about Make Yourself Youthful, and s&g is on sale 3for2 right now (and there are two other things in a similar price range I want, so that could be the third). I really only want it if it's at least as good as the Protect and Perfect, though. Any thoughts?

  • Both are really good but i would always choose soap and glory over most products i just love them.

Anyone else compared the two products?
  • I've not tried the serum as yet but I have nothing but good things to say about their other facial skin care items. I don't honestly think there is anything in the whole range I don't like (the body sprays are lovely too) x

I will warn you some of the ladies on here are obsessed by soap and glory :)

    PPI Party Pooper
Not tried the S&G stuff, have used the No.7 P&P serum and it is amazing. I had a really dry, scaly, patchy rash type thing round my eyes for a few weeks last year. It was horrible and meant i couldn't wear make up or anything. Tried loads of different things on it, expensive or not expensive, nothing worked.
Bought the P&P serum and face cream box set that was on offer last year and within 2 days my eyes were back to normal:T

Is No.7 not 3 for 2 at the moment too? Plus there are £5 off vouchers about for No.7 and Ruby and Millie.

Yep, both brands are 342, but the only thing I want in that price range from no7 would be the serum, while there are two other things from s&g in that price range I want. I like the no7 face wipes, but the best deal on those is buying one pack at a time with a no7 voucher for each one (and I've got so many wipes left from last time I'll probably only buy one this time, lol).

I've not used either product but the way I would look at it would be if the cost of the serum would effectively work out that I hadn't paid for it I would try it as I wanted the other two products anyway. If you don't like it as much as the P&P then you haven't really wasted anything and know to stick with the P&P in future.

I've used both - I'm not loyal to any brand in particular but was bought the S&G as a gift. It feels quite luxurious with a great subtle scent. I also found it good for the backs of my hands. I am using P&P at the moment. Less scent but also feels luxurious. Would recommend both!!

Thanks, that helps! I think I'm safe to give the s&g a try so I can do my 342 deal with some other facial s&g items, and will probably enjoy it as much as when I use p&p. :)
