does anyone know if there are any restrictions on holding ISAs or savings accounts when you have been declared bankrupt?
do any banks/ISA providers do credit checks and not accept this?

You will fib=nd you won't be able to get an ISA while BR. The Yorkshire Building Society do an internet saver that a lot on here have got.
You have to be careful not to save too much just your allowances for MOT, holiday etc. any more and the OR can seize it as an asset.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

If the person has been discharged then they could get an ISA if any bank will let them open one.
