Is it possible to get the music on my itunes onto my nokia x6?

I am not a technical person so any help appreciated.I have a Nokia x6 and a playlist on itunes that I would like to get on my phone.Is it possible to do this and if so how?I have just plugged my phone onto computer whilst my playlist is open and hoped it would give me some sort of prompt but havent seen anything.

Think the only way it can be done is to move the songs manually.....not sure if the playlist can be moved but if you go to the itunes folder there should be one called media...and I think there's one called music in it so it'll all be there.....

Plug you're phone into the the computer via the connection lead, open the phone files by clicking on 'computer' then on you're phone. open the music file then simply copy and paste the music. hope this helps.
