Thank you for your letter.

I appreciate the response to your promotion was overwhelming.
However as you state again in your email the offer stipulated one redemption per READER.

If 2 different readers live in the same house then it is not a breach of terms and conditions. My partner ordered in their name as a reader, and i ordered in my name as a reader.

Perhaps with hindsight you should have stipulated one per household. Although I accept i will not be receiving my order on this occasion, I resent being told i breached terms and conditions. As i clearly did not.

If it is any help, we don't share the same surname .... could have something to do with it maybe I can't figure out why we got our two and many others haven't! Maybe some are still being dispatched or something Maybe we ordered crappy stuff that they had far too much stock of:rotfl:
